Fruit Crumble
Sandy's Muffins
Chocolate Crackles
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup plain flour
- 3 cups fruit
- 1t mixed spice
- 50g butter
- ½ cup fruit juice
- 1t ground cloves
Put the prepared fruit in an
oven proof dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the
remaining ingredients except the ground cloves.
Using clean hands, rub the
butter into dry ingredients to get a crumb-like consistency.
Sprinkle topping evenly over
fruit.
Drizzle over fruit juice and
sprinkle with the cloves.
Bake at 180°C
for 40 minutes
- ¼ cup fine breadcrumbs ½ cup flour
- ½ t baking powder ½ t
baking soda
- salt
1t cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar ¾ cup
rolled oats
- ½ cup melted butter 1 egg
- ½ cup sultanas ½ cup
mashed banana
Mix all ingredients together.
Put into muffin pan.
Bake at 180°C
for 15-20 minutes until mixture bounces back when lightly touched.
Makes 12 medium muffins
- 250g kremelta 1 cup sifted
icing sugar
- 4 cups rice bubbles 3T cocoa
- 1 cup coconut
Melt kremelta in a saucepan
Add rice bubbles, icing sugar,
cocoa and coconut.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture evenly into 24
patty containers.
Set in refrigerator. |
