- Biscults
- 175g butter
- 50g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

- 175g flour
- 50g custard powder

- Step 1. Preheat oven to 180oC and grease an oven
tray.
- Step 2. Cream butter an icing sugar until smooth.
Add sifted dry ingredients and then

vanilla essence and mix well.
- Step 3 Roll mixture into small balls and
place on the greased tray and press down with a fork to flatten them.
- Step 4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. When
cold put together with a butter filling.

Butter Filling |
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon custard powder
|
- 6 tablespoons icing sugar

- Soften butter and add to sifted icing
sugar and custard powder. Mix until well combined and smooth.
