Step 1. Preheat oven to 150oC and grease
a shallow sandwich tin.
Step 2. Mix all dry ingredients together well. Add
vanilla essence and lastly melted butter, work in together. Press mixture
into a greased shallow tin.
Step 3. Cook slowly for 30 minutes.
Step 4. Ice with a thin layer of peppermint icing
while still hot.
Step 5. When cold, ice with chocolate icing. Cut into
either squares or fingers. |
