Sift flour, salt
and baking powder into a bowl. Cut in the butter. Rub
together with your fingers until mixture resembles fine
crumbs.
Make a well in the
centre. Pour in the milk and stir with a knife to form a
soft dough. Turn out on to a floured board and knead
lightly. Roll out into a rectangle 40cm long x 25cm wide.
Spread spaghetti
over 2/3 of the rectangle leaving 1/3 empty on the long
side. Scatter the 2/3 evenly with the ham, onion and 3/4 cup
cheese. Carefully roll the dough from the long edge and cut
into 10 even pieces.
Place the cut
rounds close together on a baking paper-lined oven tray.
Sprinkle with
remaining cheese. Bake at 220°C
for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked in the centre.
Serve warm. |
