It always feels a bit like
Christmas for me when you have heaps of prizes for you,
our readers, to win. Check out our
competition page and see what we have this month.
One of the prizes is the latest PlayStation®2 games -
Buzz! Junior: Party Pack. We tried it out here at
Kids Friendly New Zealand and it is a really winner.
Setting the standards
We celebrate a first, on 7
November 2006 Kids Friendly New Zealand became the first
digital magazine publisher to become a member of the
Magazine Publishers Association of New Zealand (MPA). Getting
this recognition means a lot to us here and makes us
even more determine to make sure Kids Friendly New
Zealand is the best online magazine we can produce!
Resizing the pages
We are now making it easier
for you to print these pages. Our website pages are
designed to be printed on A4 size paper with left and
right margins set at 2 mm.
In this months issue
We also take you around the
country with a look at the
Karangahake Gorge Window walk, near Waihi. But of
course not to be out done by our feature of Otago. You
can either check out the
Otago Rail Trail or take a journey with the Smart
family as they travel around the
South Island and take it all in. These are all great
ideas for this Christmas school holidays.
Talking about the holidays,
we give you a run down of ten things you can do around
your home to
make your guests welcome when they descend on you.
The book section has another
great section of books for you to look and our
Book Club prize give away this month is Kiwi Kids
For Goal by John Lockyer. This book is a great one to
cuddle up on the bed and read to your child as a bed
time story.
So I hope you enjoy this month and look forward to
catching up again next month.
