By now, if you're anything like me, you will be back into the
swing of things after the summer holidays. I love this time of
year as the days draw in. The trees outside are starting to
change colour, the nights are cooler, and the children seem to
sleep better too.
We have an exciting month of reading for you. Paul Miller is
back again to write about another car. This one, the Triumph
Vitesse, is one that I always wanted as a teenager. With its
capacity to seat four people comfortably, who knows, it might
just become your next classic family car!
We have teamed up with Curves women's gym to bring you monthly
tips on keeping fit and healthy. I think it's so great to have
information that is just for us ladies. I hope that it will both
help and inspire you.
We also have an interesting request from the University of
Auckland. They are looking for some young people to test whether
or not the new active video game technology can help our
children stay fit. Hmmmmm, I’m not sure from a mother's point of
view, but I’m interested in the results of the study!
Have a great start to autumn, and keep safe.
