Send in your stories or poems

Send us your stories and poems and each month ten lucky writers will get their stories or poems published in the Kids Friendly Children's Book. We have started the book off with two poems by Jasmine Munro of Warkworth.

Each of us has a library of stories tucked away inside us, but sometimes getting them out of our heads and on to paper can seem like an impossible task. At school when teachers tell us how to proofread our work, sometimes it all gets inside our brains and sometimes it doesn't. That's why we have started a special club for you. We encourage you to send in your stories — but we also encourage you to edit your work.

Poems: Maximum of 100 words  Stories: Maximum of 600 words
Drawings: Yes, we would love to see drawings with your stories.

How do I send them in:
