Experience

Whether this is your first family holiday to New Zealand or a quick dash across the ditch to visit the Gold Coast, it's important to deal with people that know what it's like to travel with children. 

Kids Friendly Travel was founded by Gaye Miller, a woman passionate about New Zealand and a mother of four. Gaye is a published travel writer and author of the book, "Where shall we take the kids?". The book is a New Zealand guide to family-friendly destinations and activities. 

New Zealand
We cover New Zealand from Northland at the top of the North Island to Stewart Island, at the bottom of the South Island. We'll tell you about the walking tracks you can enjoy with all the family, even those in a pushchair. We'll even let you know what the youngest age you can go bungy jumping off the Auckland Harbour Bridge. Just in case your teenager wants to have a go!
 
Australia
We have just launched into Australia. Australia is an amazing place to visit with your family from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland to the most western city, Perth.

For example, we will let you know what activities are suitable for your ten-year-old but not suitable for preschoolers.
